KFC Chicky Carnival Coloring Competition Winner List |
In conjunction with KFC Chicky Carnival held at i-City, Shah Alam on 3rd & 4th December 2011, Da Vinci Creative Kids organised a Safari art colouring competition for children ages 5 – 12 years old from all over Malaysia. Winners walked away with special Da Vinci Art & Craft Pack, KFC Goodie Pack and FREE Da Vinci lessons.

Da Vinci Mal Artha Gading - Grand Opening |
Da Vinci is proud to announce the opening of its second centre in Indonesia! With the new Da Vinci Mal Artha Gading in Jakarta, more children will be able to enjoy attending Da Vinci lessons! In conjunction with its grand opening on 16 October 2011, Da Vinci Mal Artha Gading conducted an art competition for children from 3 – 11 years old. Winners of the art competition walked away with prizes worth more than Rp 500,000! Participants also had the opportunity to attend a workshop where they learned how to make paper bags decorated with their favourite animal characters.

Da Vinci’s newest centre in Bandar Bukit Raja Klang was officially opened on 19 Nov 2011. Children were treated with fun craft workshops and other exciting activities. There was also an art competition where the winners brought home with them Angry Bird gifts and other fantastic prizes.

The Da Vinci Loyalty Programme Contest 2011 finally came to an end with a Lucky Draw event. Joint General Manager Mr Tan Chin Wee drawn out the names of the lucky winners and presented them with many fabulous prizes to take home such as iPad, Sony PSP, iPod Nano, Panasonic Lumix Digital Camera, Swatch Watch, Hasbro Toy (Cheerleader Fun, Littest Pet Shop, Galactic Heroes, Sweetie Belle’s Gumball House), KFC Goodie bag, KIKO Voucher, Giant Bee
Voucher and many more. The Loyalty Programme was organized to reward the students who have been regularly attending
their classes at Da Vinci Creative Kids. Students are given one sticker each time they attend a class.

The One Academy Creative Art Award Competition 2011 |
Fourteen-year-old Teo Rui Rou from Subang Jaya emerged Best of the Best Gold Award winner of the recent Creative Art Award 2011 organized by The One Academy. Held in conjunction with the release of Disney·Pixar’s Cars 2, the art competition, with the theme ‘McQueen In The Streets of Malaysia’, saw almost 1,000 secondary school students competing at the On-The-Spot Competition vying for the top prizes. As the first prize winner, Rui Rou walked away with RM60,000 worth of scholarship from The One Academy, an Apple iPhone, Canon camera and other fantastic prizes.
As the youngest winner among the top three winners, Rui Rou said that she would love to try her hands on the digital animation field, citing Mulan as one of her favourite Walt Disney movies. Rui Rou has been a student of DV USJ10 Taipan since 2008 and it shows that the skills that she has developed and acquired from the Da Vinci has earned her the coveted spot.
